What Dialektai is
Dialektai consists of two parts.
- The desktop assistant app. It is installed on the user’s computer and carries out tasks: builds documents and spreadsheets as finished files, reads scans and PDFs sent to it, works with mail and calendar, replies in messengers. Created files and chat history stay on the user’s computer.
- Cloud account features. Sign-up and sign-in, subscription management, usage accounting and processing of language model requests through the Dialektai server for users with a subscription.
Sign-up and account details
An account is required to use the cloud features. When signing up, the user provides a first and last name, an email address and a phone number. The user agrees to provide accurate details and not to give third parties access to the account.
The user is responsible for keeping the password safe. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and usage limits
Access to computation through the Dialektai server is provided by subscription. All plans give the same app features and differ only in the volume of computation available per month.

Usage is counted in three windows at the same time:
- the 5-hour window limits peak usage and resets every 5 hours;
- the weekly window limits usage over 7 days;
- the monthly window corresponds to the total volume of the plan for the billing month.
When any of the windows is used up, access to computation is paused until the start of the next corresponding window. Unused volume does not carry over to the next period. Model modes use the volume at different rates: MAX mode spends the subscription volume about 6 times faster than LOW mode.
The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Working with your own key
Instead of a subscription, the user may connect their own API key from a third-party language model provider, such as DeepSeek. In this case requests to the model are sent to the provider directly, and the user pays for the provider’s services independently at the provider’s rates.
Dialektai is not a party to the relationship between the user and the third-party provider and is not responsible for the availability, quality or cost of its services.
Working offline from the server
The app is designed so that unavailability of the Dialektai server does not block work. Local features, access to created files and chat history, and work through the user’s own provider key remain available even when the server is unreachable. Temporary unavailability of the cloud features is not a breach of these terms on the part of Dialektai.
Prohibited use
The user must not:
- use the service for unlawful activity, distribution of malicious code or causing harm to third parties;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages through connected messengers and mail;
- circumvent usage limits, including by using several accounts;
- resell access to the service or provide it to third parties without Dialektai’s consent;
- interfere with the server side of the service or attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data.
If these rules are broken, Dialektai may suspend or terminate access to the account, notifying the user by email.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Answers from language models may contain inaccuracies and errors; the user independently checks important documents, calculations and messages before using or sending them. Dialektai does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service or the fitness of results for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
Dialektai’s total liability to the user for any claims is limited to the amount the user paid for the subscription in the last month. Dialektai is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of data on the user’s side, or for the actions of third-party language model providers.
Changes to the terms
Dialektai may change these terms. Users are notified of material changes in advance by email or in the app, no later than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means acceptance of the new version. The current version is always available at dialektai.org/en/terms/.
